THE THIRD SUNDAY OF EACH MARCH, COME TACKLE 21 KILOMETERS (13.1 MILES) ON YOUR OWN OR AS PART OF A 3-PERSON RELAY TO HELP SUPPORT THOSE WITH DS! OR TAKE PART IN THE 7K OR 2.1K!
The Relay and Run for 21 - held each year just before World Down Syndrome Day - helps raise money for the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis (DSAGSL) and DADS Community Outreach Fund. The 21 represents the third 21st chromosome, and 21 kilometers is the approximate distance for a half marathon.
Events include a 21K (half marathon), a 21K 3-person relay, 7K run and 2.1K walk. The course features three loops through the streets of Clayton and U-City, with the start, finish and exchange in the heart of Clayton. Amenities include a race shirt, finisher medal, finish line food and more.
Date: Sunday, March 25, 2018
Time: 7:30 am start for 13.1M and 7K
Location: Forsyth Blvd at Shaw Park, Clayton, MO 63105
